Huddy’s Bakery Supplies was established in Mokopane in May 2008.
Our story begins with a curious baker that just couldn’t stop trying to bake that perfect loaf of bread. A passion he inherited from a family of professional bakers and chefs.
He started small in a kitchen, mixing and mixing from dusk till dawn, till it all came together and a perfect loaf of bread was baked. The curious baker was still not happy and studied and did research - soon the kitchen got to small and a factory was the answer. Today all bakeries big and small can use his pre-mixes and pan oil to bake that same perfect bread and buns.
There is no end to this story … only a promise that this curious baker will not rest till there is no more research or developments to be done, till the “perfect” loaf of bread, bun and cake is baked and available for all to share. |
